Census & Billing software module handles all types of billing
for long-term care, SNF, assisted living, retirement, ICF-MRD/DD,
subacute, and outpatient facilities.
A census-driven system which automatically generates room and
board charges and recurring ancillaries as resident status is
updated with current and retro changes, our Census & Billing
module tracks all ADT transactions with seamless integration
into our Accounts Receivable, Resident Funds, General Accounting,
and Clinical modules. Facilities which have temporary transfers
from independent living to skilled care can concurrently track
census data for reporting and billing purposes.
Third-party billing can be handled with our Census & Billing
module due to the extensive flexibility in the setup of master
files. Each of your billing plans can be configured to automatically
accept, deny, or contractually adjust room and bed charges along
with ancillary charges. This flexibility is also applicable to
formatting of UB92 printing.
With our Census & Billing module, PPS is also simplified
through seamless integration with our Clinical Applications, a
process which automatically captures the information needed for
PPS billing. This exclusive method of tracking loss revenue due
to late or missed assessment is one of many management tools provided
by the Compudata system.
