MDS/User-Defined Assessment/
CMS Reports
Compudata Health Corporations Resident
Assessment software module is designed to combine standardization
with flexibility. The accuracy of the MDS is crucial for a facilitys
success in both PPS reimbursement and state or federal surveys,
and Compudatas online utilities, along with built-in edits,
help to ensure the accuracy of the MDS process. Compudata is continually
enhancing our Resident Assessment module to accommodate the extensive
documentation needed for MDS applications.
Integrity of shared PPS information needed for billing is handled
by the seamless integration of Compudatas Clinical Application
software with our Census & Billing module.
User-defined assessments provide a powerful tool for capturing
additional information that helps with the comprehensive assessment
needs of virtually all resident or facility types. As in the MDS,
user-defined assessments can be set up to correspond with suggested
care plans, areas for comments or footnotes, online help, editing,
capture of information to or from other assessments and quality
assurance reports, and many other options.
Resident Assessment reports have flexible print selections and
the ability to access historical information in order to monitor
facility or resident trends. The CMS 672 and 802 provide online
editing capabilities.
